2005–2006
Jincheng Kerui and Jincheng Huihai were founded, opening a new chapter of development.

2008
Empowering development through capital cooperation; introduced Fosun Group as a strategic investment partner from Shanghai.

2009
Extending industrial layout and transforming into bio-industry; Jincheng Biopharmaceutical was founded.

2011
Completed successful listing on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

2012
Making breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation; awarded the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

2014–2016
Expanding through capital M&A and integrating industrial chains; the Group established Shanghai Jincheng Suzhi, Guangdong Jincheng Jinsu and Beijing Jincheng Taier via mergers and acquisitions. It formed an industrial layout covering Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong, and built a distinctive integrated pharmaceutical industrial chain of Jincheng.

2017
The company was renamed Shandong Jincheng Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.

2018
Forging a complete industrial chain and ranking among China’s Top 100 Pharmaceutical Enterprises.

2020
Upgrading R&D capacity; Jincheng Pharmaceutical Research Institute Co., Ltd. was founded.

2021
Further expanding the big health industry; nicotine series products were put into production, marking the Group’s foray into the new tobacco industry.

2022
Jincheng Synthetic Biology Innovation Exhibition Hall was completed; the Phase II project of Guangdong Jincheng Jinsu topped out in the same year.

2024
The Group clarified the "12345" development strategy to foster a second growth curve; Shandong Jincheng Neo Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in the same year.
